Concerta 36 mg

I got the Concerta dosage adjusted yesterday from 18 mg to 36 mg. I haven't been taking my meds for the past few days because I've been sleeping for a lot of it. I think I feel my heart beating faster/harder and I'm a bit more anxious. Everything hurts and oxy 5 mg didn't help. I took it yesterday at around noon with 60mg of Prozac, but I've been up all night. I don't want to take Seroquel because I need to study, but it looks like I might spend most of the day sleeping.  My stomach and head hurt.
